You'll arrive 5-10 minutes early, have a short wellness chat about your goals, then enjoy your session, which lasts 12-20 minutes depending on the service. Afterward, we'll review how you feel and walk you through membership options with no pressure. Wear comfortable clothes - we provide everything else. * * * Trying something new is easier when you know exactly what's going to happen. A lot of people tell us they'd been curious about red light therapy or an infrared sauna for months but weren't sure what the experience would be like. This post walks you through your first visit, step by step, so there are no surprises. ## Step 1: Book Your $29 Intro **Your intro is $29 for one wellness service, with no commitment.** You can book online (https://redsolwellness.club/book-intro) or by calling (281) 979-5152. Choose the service that fits your main goal: | Your goal | Try this first | | --- | --- | | Skin, glow, fine lines | Red Light Face (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/what-is-a-red-light-facial) (LED facial with red, yellow, and amber light) | | Recovery, energy, aches, sleep | Red Light Pro-Bed (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/complete-guide-red-light-therapy) (12-minute full-body session) | | Stress relief, relaxation, sweating it out | Infrared Sauna: https://redsolwellness.club/blog/infrared-sauna-benefits | | One specific sore spot | Red Light Flex: https://redsolwellness.club/blog/red-light-therapy-knee-back-shoulder-pain | Not sure? Book any of them and we'll help you pick when you arrive. **Interested in body sculpting?** RedSculpt™ and Gentle Glo™ start with a consultation. Read our body sculpting guide (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/non-invasive-body-sculpting-league-city) first. ## Step 2: Arrive and Check In Plan to arrive **5-10 minutes early.** You'll fill out a short intake form, including a few health questions so we can make sure your service is a good fit. **What to wear:** Comfortable clothing. We provide everything else you need for your session. **What to bring:** - Water (for the sauna especially) - A list of any medications, especially ones that increase sensitivity to light - Your questions **Skip:** Heavy makeup or lotion if you're doing a red light facial or bed session - clean skin lets light reach it best. Are you here for skin? Recovery? Sleep? Stress? Something specific that's bothering you? This isn't a sales pitch. It's how we make sure your first session is set up correctly and that you know what to expect. ## Step 4: Your Session Your session lasts **12-20 minutes**, depending on the service. Here's what each feels like: - **Red Light Pro-Bed:** You lie in the bed for 12 minutes, surrounded by warm red and near-infrared light. Eye protection is provided. Most people find it deeply relaxing. Some even doze off. - **Red Light Face:** A relaxing LED facial using red, yellow, and amber light. No heat, no pain, no downtime. - **Infrared Sauna:** Gentle, penetrating heat at a lower air temperature than a traditional sauna. You'll sweat, but most people find it more comfortable than a traditional sauna. Here's why. (https://redsolwellness.club/blog/infrared-sauna-vs-traditional-sauna) - **Red Light Flex:** Targeted light on a specific area like a knee, back, or shoulder. Every service is private and comfortable. ## Step 5: Review Your Plan After your session, we'll check in on how you feel and answer your questions. If you want to keep going, we'll walk you through membership options and help you build a routine that fits your schedule. **There's no pressure.** If you just want to enjoy your intro and think about it, that's completely fine. We're open: - **Monday-Friday:** 8 AM to 7 PM - **Saturday-Sunday:** 8 AM to 6 PM Many members come in **after work, in the late afternoon or early evening.** It's a great way to decompress, and many people find a sauna or red light session before dinner helps them wind down for the night. Mornings are popular with people who want an energy boost before work. ## Where We Are REDSOL Wellness Club 3311 FM Rd 518 East, Suite 200 League City, TX 77573 We're about 5 minutes from Clear Lake, Webster, and Kemah, 7 minutes from Nassau Bay, 10 minutes from Friendswood, 12 minutes from Seabrook, and 15 minutes from Pearland. **Ready?** Claim your $29 intro.
